Question 02
How long does a typical renovation take?
A kitchen renovation runs 3 to 6 weeks, a bathroom 3 to 6 weeks, a basement development 10 to 14 weeks, and a whole-home remodel 6 to 12 weeks depending on structural scope. We confirm a firm construction schedule in the pre-construction phase before demolition begins.

Question 03
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Stone Leaf manages all City of Edmonton permit applications, engineering coordination, and building inspections. For legal secondary suites we also prepare the documentation required for the Edmonton Secondary Suite Grant program.

Question 04
Do you offer in-house design?
We do. Our in-house designer works with you to plan the layout, select finishes, and produce 3D visualizations so you can see the space before we build it. This is included with every Stone Leaf project.

Question 05
What areas do you serve?
We build across the greater Edmonton region including Edmonton proper, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, Leduc, and Stony Plain.

Question 06
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. All Stone Leaf renovations carry a one-year workmanship warranty and honor manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances. We schedule a proactive warranty walk-through at the one-year mark to catch anything the seasons reveal.

Question 07
Do you take on partial or budget-conscious renovations?
Yes. Not every project requires a gut renovation. We regularly plan cabinetry, counter, and lighting refreshes that reuse existing plumbing footprints for a fraction of a full remodel cost.
