Permits & pre-construction
We pull permits, order long-lead materials, and confirm the schedule so day one arrives without surprises.

Construction
One project coordinator, one lead carpenter, weekly progress updates, and a clean site — every day of the build.

Walk-through & warranty
Final punch list, orientation to your new space, and a one-year warranty check-in to catch anything the seasons reveal.
