Project story
The Cedar Ridge owners loved their neighbourhood but had outgrown a two-bedroom bungalow. Rather than move, we designed a full second-storey addition matched to the original architecture.
Structural engineering reinforced the existing foundation and main-floor walls before framing began. The new floor added three bedrooms, including a primary suite with ensuite and walk-in closet.
Siding, soffit, roofing, and windows were replaced across the whole home so the finished house reads as a single deliberate design rather than an addition bolted on.
