Project story
The Greenfield project was a phased whole-home remodel. We started with a re-plan of the cramped main floor, opening the kitchen to the dining and living rooms and adding a mudroom off the rear entry.
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were fully upgraded, and new insulation, windows, and exterior cladding brought the envelope up to modern performance standards.
Warm white oak floors, a natural stone fireplace surround, and a mix of sage, cream, and walnut millwork carry a consistent material story from the front door through the primary suite upstairs.
Project highlights
- Full envelope upgrade: insulation, windows, cladding
- New electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Open-concept main floor with new mudroom
