Project story
The Willow Heights owners had outgrown a tight galley kitchen closed off from the dining room. Our design team opened the main floor by removing the load-bearing partition, replacing it with a steel beam engineered flush to the ceiling.
A ten-foot sage-green island now anchors the room, wrapped in a quartz waterfall counter and paired with warm oak flooring. Custom cream perimeter cabinets, brass hardware, and integrated panel appliances keep sightlines calm from the front entry through to the rear windows.
The powder room was relocated to gain pantry space, and new pot lighting, a linen pendant, and rift-cut oak trim tie the reworked main floor together.
